What to Expect from Your Inspection

I would HIGHLY recommend Larry for your prepurchase inspection. I see the other reviews and scratch my head, as I have delt with several home inspectors in the past and Larry by FAR is the most thourough of them all! His process is complete and he includes easy to see media including short videos.
Larry went up on a steep high vaulting roof and did a tremendous job of pointing out worry spots.
Larry bravely went into a tight fit attic and identified concerns, and issues that he recommended having addressed immediately.
Crawl space? uhhh, yeah, Larry even went into a crawl space that I think would make trained tunnel soldiers nervous.
Larry sat with us and went over in a non rushed manner every aspect of the home, and provided us with a comprehensive, easy to understand report that helped tremendously with the negotiation process, as well as identifying issues to address immediately upon moving in.
I look at two reviews left in 2022 and have to wonder if the posters simply were not listening / did not want to hear what Larry was saying, or if they simply looking for something to complain about (buyer's remorse) ... again, I've done business with several in the past, and Larry is my #1 go to ... Larry is FANTASTIC!!!
